Our Values and Principals
Ballinger Football club has been set up on very strong principals and values. It is Ballinger Football clubs intension that all children, regardless of ability, sex and creed have the opportunity to play in competitive matches within the rules of our Governing Body.
No favoritism should be given to any child over another and the club and its coaches will set out to ensure that all children train and play in a manner that is favorable to all members.
In this respect Ballinger Football club will limit the number of places available to each team to 20 under the age of 11 and 18 for over 11. This allows the club to ensure that each child will have the opportunity to play in competitive games, albeit some will need to be substitutes for a period of the game.
Ballinger Football club also has a strong belief that all children should have FUN, and the training sessions, while taken seriously, will be taken in a light hearted manner to ensure we comply with this belief.
